  7. Individuals who sign up using your promo-code will be given 30 days free membership, for which there will be no compensation to you.
  8. You may not sell, give-away or otherwise transfer your promo-code to anyone.  In the event of personal tragedy, where the end result is your demise, you agree to allow Club462 to terminate your promo-code and make a single monthly payment to a person designated in your will or surviving heir.
  9. You must acknowledge the fact that Club462, may at anytime with due cause, revoke your right to promote and cancel your promo-code.  You will continue to be paid for existing paying members.

Where Can I Advertise?

  2. You can have your friends place an advertisement on their Myspace or Facebook page.
  3. Provided you have permission from the site, you may place an ad on that site, unless:

  4. You may advertise in any free publications, unless:
    • They promote discrimination which is not limited to: racism, anti semitism, sexism.
    • They promote or display children in abusive or sexually compromising positions.
    • They promote the use of illicit drugs.

    You may advertise in any paid publication, unless:
    • They promote discrimination which is not limited to: racism, anti semitism, sexism.
    • They promote or display children in abusive or sexually compromising positions.
    • They promote the use of illicit drugs.
    • They promote prostitution or escort services.
  5. You may advertise where allowed, by placing flyers, pamphlets, pinning up business cards or placing posters in front yards.
  6. You may advertise where allowed in chat rooms, Blogs and forums.
